Within Dhaka, your order is expected to arrive within 2 – 3 working days, while for areas outside Dhaka, your order is expected to arrive within 3 – 5 working days when using our website.

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at us info@oro-lino.com to obtain a return authorization. Once you have received the authorization, carefully package the item and include the original invoice or proof of purchase. Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service, and provide us with the tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
